Esther B. Clark School at CHC provides transformative education where children with severe emotional and behavioral issues re-engage in learning and develop the positive behaviors necessary to transition back to a district school.

Students who attend EBC School have been found eligible for special education under Emotionally Disturbed or Other Health Impaired eligibility and have IEPs. The frequency and/or intensity of the “fight or flight” behaviors these students demonstrate at school, and often at home, prevents them from gaining educational benefit in their current setting.
